As we employ over 250 employees, we are required to carry put an assessment for the Gender Pay Gap as required by law under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Info) Regulations 2017

This has involved calculations to show the difference in the average earnings of men and women in Mint.

These results will show:

The balance of male and female employees at different levels
